LEE JOHNSON

Vice President International
 
With a degree in business at the City of Bristol College (UK), Lee Johnson joined Nasco Healthcare in 2016 as Director of Sales for Europe and the Asia Pacific. In 2018, Lee was promoted to VP, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, where he is building and leading a high performing team. Previously, Lee served as International Sales Manager at Limbs & Things for 20 years, where he developed the international distributor network from 0 to 90 distributors covering over 70 countries. Lee’s passionate commitment to continuous improvement and dedication to his customers represents Nasco Healthcare’s corporate spirit.

KELLY JACOBSON

Director of Business Operations
Kelly began her career with Nasco in 2003 in Purchasing, where she was quickly promoted to Assistant Director of Healthcare. Kelly has an extensive background in Healthcare education and product development/management with simulation and training products, across EMS and nursing markets. After many years of building distributor and customer relations, Kelly was promoted to Director of Healthcare, where she continued to establish closer business relationships, building the foundations for growth. In 2019 Kelly was promoted to Director of Business Operations, where she now manages a multitude of different projects and people, including Customer Service and Technical Support. Kelly leads a team that has operational excellence and customer satisfaction as their core values, empowering staff to make a difference. She is a dedicated leader with a huge passion and commitment to improve all aspects of our operations and drive Nasco Healthcare to become #1 in Customer Service. 

ANNA BIANCO-LEFAIVE

International Customer Service Manager
Anna began her journey with Nasco in September of 2010, where she worked as customer service support for the Middle Eastern region. In April of 2015, her hard work and dedication advanced her to the Assistant Office Manager position. Anna's passion for customer service continued to grow and in February of 2019, she was appointed as the International Customer Service Manager. Anna now works closely with Manufacturing and Procurement to ensure customer satisfaction and strives to deliver best-in-class customer service. Anna has thoroughly enjoyed taking on a leadership role, and looks forward to exceeding the expectations of our customers!
Anna is originally from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada and moved to the United States in 2007. In the summer of 2018, Anna took her oath and became a U.S. Citizen. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

MANAN KALIA

Regional Director: Middle East, Africa, South Asia

A pharmacist by profession and graduate from King College, London, Manan Kalia has worked in the field of Medical Simulation in the Middle East and North Africa for 8 years.  As a Business Unit Manager for Simulation Division at Leader Healthcare, Manan has been successful in building a strong organization and develop a team delivering profitable results.

During his time in the region, Manan has developed business relations supporting growth of simulation in the GCC and Africa for some major medical simulation companies like CAE Healthcare, Body Interact, Adam Rouilly, Sectra, Surgical Science and many more.



INGO SPAETH

Regional Director: Asia Pacific
Ingo earned his MBA at the Sydney Graduate Management School in 2011 as well as a graduate degree in Psychology in 2020 with Melbourne’s Monash University. He has been working four years in Shanghai, China from 2006 to 2010 before moving to South East Asia in 2013. Ingo has extensive experience in the Asian medical, entrepreneurial and business start up world, having built an international marketing team for Bangpakok Hospital Group Thailand; created the founding team of medical tech startup in Asia and set up the regional office for Nasco Healthcare’s partner 3B Scientific South East Asia. Over more than 10 years, Ingo was able to build an extensive network in Asia Pacific within the area of business start-ups and Western businesses wishing to expand in the Asian market. 


ED PEREZ

Regional Director: Europe
Ed graduated in business with a major in tourism followed by an MBA in Barcelona & New York. With 20+ years' experience in various markets as diverse as Tourism, Fashion and Health Care, his enthusiasm, passion, initiative and proactivity, led him to undertake new challenges establishing his own business in Barcelona. An Entrepreneur by nature, he moved to the UK a decade ago where he started a new path in the Medical Simulation field. He joined Limbs & Things in 2013 becoming International Sales Manager in 2016 where amongst other achievements, he managed to double the International Sales in just 3 years. Seeking a new challenge, Ed joined Nasco Healthcare in April 2020 as European Sales Director with a clear goal to develop and grow the region providing outstanding service and structured support to our partners. 


EDMUNDO VARGAS NETO

Regional Director: Latin America
Graduated in Electronics and Automation and business administration, Edmundo Vargas Neto joined Nasco Healthcare in 2016 as sales director for Brazil. In 2019, Edmundo was promoted to Sales Director Latin America, where he is rebuilding and leading a team of high-performance distributors. Previously, Edmundo served as sales manager for several multinational companies in the fields of medical devices and simulation for 30 years, where he developed a network of 60 international distributors, covering all of Latin America and the Caribbean. Edmundo is passionate about his work and his commitment is to continuous improvement and dedication to his customers, representing the constant corporate spirit of Nasco Healthcare.
